Kitchen Minute with Sarah Aziz

Sarah Aziz w/ Dr. Kiran Zahid and Riffut Aziz, Pye Nest, UK

"Why cook when you're from a family of exceptional cooks?"

Sarah Aziz is an Assistant Professor of Architecture at the University of New Mexico. She enjoys the foods that her mother and sister-in-law make. Dr. Kiran Zahid has a P.h.D in Botany and only likes “to eat my own food.” Not surprising as she is the “best cook in Pye Nest.” Riffut Aziz is a social worker and devotes all her extra time to caring for her cat, Tigger Aziz.

When asked what Riffut was having for dinner tonight, she responded, “Fish and chips.” We think Tigger would approve!
