Livija Patikne Scholarship 2013

In conjunction with Martha Wilson’s Dinner Gala on the event of her retrospective at INOVA. The project continued Druecke’s exploration of naming rights as intervention into legacy, identity, and power dynamics. Lavija Patikna was a Milwaukee based photographer whose body of work was posthumously saved by a thoughtful landlord who diverted the photos from the trash to photographer Jim Brozek.
